Product Details

The Center for Disease Control has recommended the use of cloth face masks to help fight the spread of COVID-19.

This face mask is made from 100% polyester and includes two ear loops with adjustable grommets for a comfortable fit.

The printed area of the mask is approximately 7" wide by 5" tall.   This mask fits well on adult mens' faces without the grommets but, due to the adjustable grommets, can be worn snuggly by adult women, as well.

Please note - this is NOT a surgical grade mask. It is not intended for any medical or commercial uses, whatsoever. It is a simple, cloth mask designed for everyday use to cover your mouth when out in public. The mask should not be used in any medical or surgical setting.

We make no warranties that the mask prevents infections or the transmission of viruses or diseases.

Artist's Description

Late Spring 2019, I visited the ruins of Fort Phantom Hill outside of Abilene, Texas. In its heyday the fort was one of a string of Texas frontier forts established in 1851. The fort burned down long ago, leaving only a few remnants standing such as these monolithic stone chimneys that stand tall in the countryside near the Clear Fork of the Brazos River. With special afterhours access, I braved the swarming rattle snakes (giving them a wide berth), the absolutely ravenous mosquitoes, and the hunting pack of coyotes to take this approximately 2 hour long photographic exposure from around 11 at night to 1 in the morning.

Just as the earth revolves around the sun, all the celestial bodies are in various states of movement. The streaks in the sky are star trails, showcasing the celestial movement in that 2 hour period. The brightest white streak is the planet Jupiter. The dawn like glow on the horizon is light pollution from the nearby city of Abilene, Texas.
