This shot represents about an hour's worth of nighttime long exposure to show these star trails over a field of Texas Bluebonnets (lupinus texensis).
Photo taken May 6, 2021 on private property in Ennis, TX.
Second Place winner in the 2022 State Fair of Texas Photography competition in the Teachers and Professionals Division, under the category of Color: Any Subject.
