Artist's Description
Dawn was rapidly approaching one morning in March 2021 as I drove south in Big Bend National Park towards the Castolon area. I stopped to give right of way to an animal crossing the road. Alas I wasn't able to grab my camera fast enough to shoot the coyote, but I was in the perfect spot for this shot of Cerro Castellan.
